We The People

We are the United Democratic Party of the United States of America. We are a party as diverse as the face of America. We are White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, and all Americans of all racial and ethnic groups that make up this Great Land. We are the party of all the children of Abraham; Christians, Jews, and Muslims. We are the party of all good men and women of faith and tolerance: including Hindus, Buddhists, Catholics, Protestants, Sunnis, Shiites, Sikhs, Unitarians, and Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform Jews, and all variations of people seeking truth, justice, and the American Way. We are the party of the freedom for and from religion.

We are the party of the working men and women and of businessmen committed to fair practices and fair trade to help make America grow and prosper. We are the party of educators and the educated. We are the party for good solid public education for all our children and we will never leave anyone behind. We are the party of the Founders of America of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, and of Andrew Jackson, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, John Kennedy, James Earl Carter, Al Gore, and William Jefferson Clinton. We have never claimed to be perfect but only to strive for a more perfect Union.

We believe we are Endowed by our Creator with inalienable rights of life, liberty, and freedom of and from religion. We are the party of law and trial by jury and innocent till proven guilty, not guilty till proven innocent. We are the party of the rights of the accused and the rights of the victims. We are the party of the Statue of Liberty and the Symbol of Justice. We are the party of the 40 hour work week, of Child Labors Laws, overtime pay, of Labor Unions, of all types of American businessmen and women, of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

We are the party of the uplifted and the downtrodden. We are the party of Martin Luther King, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, Caesar Chavez, and Bill Richardson. We are the party of Dolly Madison, Hillary Clinton, Shirley Chisolm, and the only American party to have selected a black man for president and a woman and a Jewish man to run for Vice President. Our strength is our diversity for we know and remember our roots while preparing for our future.

We are the party with our hearts in the Past but with our eyes on the Future. We have died to give Americans Liberty, now we request your help to keep Americans Free. We need Americans to register to vote and vote for America. Vote for Democratic candidates all across America as this is a vote for America. This is a vote to end the politics of division, lies and deceit. Vote to end the politics of disrespect and humiliation toward those who disagree with their views. Vote for clean air and the right to breathe free, not to try to hide pollution behind a barrage of manipulation. Vote for the right to have affordable and available heath care for a better and healthier America.

Give us your vote and we will pledge to Serve, Protect, and Defend our Great Land. And if you give us your vote, your heart will be our heart, your hand will be our hand, your voice will be our voice, and your dream will be our reality.
